This Privacy Policy explains how Orbtasoft ("we", "our", or "the software") handles information when you visit this website or use the Orbtasoft desktop/mobile application.

Information We Collect on This Website §1

When you visit orbtasoft.com, we may collect the following non-personal technical data through standard web server logs:

• IP address (anonymized where possible)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited and referral URL
• Date and time of access

This information is used solely for diagnosing server issues and understanding general traffic patterns. It is not used to identify individuals or build user profiles.

Activation Request Form §2

When you submit the "Request an Activation Key" form, the data you provide (name, email, phone, and platform) is sent directly to sales@orbtasoft.com via your email client using a mailto: link.

We do not use a third-party form processor or store your submission in a database. The information is used only to:

• Verify your identity and process your activation key request
• Contact you with your activation key
• Respond to any follow-up support inquiries

We will not share your contact information with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

The Orbtasoft Application — Data Handling §3

The Orbtasoft desktop (Windows / macOS) and mobile (Android) application:

• Does not transmit any personal data (name, passport, contact details) to our servers or any external party
• Stores all settings and personal information locally on your device using the OS-provided app data directory
• Connects only to the target booking website you configure — no other outbound connections are made except the license key validation check (see §4)
• Does not track usage, send analytics, or phone home in any way

License Key Validation §4

On application startup, Orbtasoft makes a single HTTP request to our license server to verify your activation key. This request contains:

• Your activation key (hashed)
• No personal information, device identifiers, or usage data

This check is performed solely to confirm software entitlement and prevent unauthorized use.

Cookies §5

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any persistent client-side storage for analytics or advertising purposes. No third-party tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are included on this site.

Third-Party Services §6

This website and application do not integrate with any third-party advertising, analytics, or social media services. The only external connection made by the application is to the booking website you configure and the license server described in §4.

Data Retention §7

We retain activation request emails for as long as necessary to support your license. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us. Web server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Your Rights §8

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
